We've just been told that the ASDA application will NOT be on the agenda for 3rd December. The earliest it can now be heard is 7th January. I will keep you posted!

Meanwhile, we need to keep the pressure on by asking people to join our campaign. Please tell everyone about the forum and the facebook group.

So Michael Foster has fallen off the fence to support Asda (bottom of page 4 today's Observer). Does anyone fancy writing to explain the error of his ways? please!! I have written to him enough recently (local insurance scam by freeholders on rented; pathetic OAP esp for women when National Insurance Fund currently at over £114 billion and being spent on things other than national insurance benefits etc etc); so he's probably fed up with me - always replies tho'. happy 2009, folks!

I guess Asda not on 7 Jan agenda, can anyone confirm please?

Below is the agenda for this month's planning meeting. It looks like they are not discussing ASDA this time either. They may well be working on the plans again. I will try to find out what's going on and let you all know as soon as.

I haven't yet looked at the Observer. I'll get a copy and I'll try to draw up a reply to the Observer letter page. Please could everyone do the same.

Below is the agenda for the meeting 4th February. ASDA is still not on the agenda. That has got to be encouraging? Next meeting is scheduled for 4th March. I will keep my eyes peeled.
